About

While trying to navigate life's challenges, it can be helpful to have someone trusted and non-judgemental to talk to. I aim to ensure my clients feel accepted, safe, and comfortable to discuss their concerns, while finding a path towards building an enriched and fulfilling life.

My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and grounded in empathy, trust and acceptance. I draw on my knowledge and experience of a range of evidence-based therapies to tailor a treatment plan to your individual goals, then work with you to empower you to make meaningful positive change in your life. I have a special interest in supporting expectant and new mothers cope with the challenges of pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. I also have extensive experience in providing support and helping people recover after traumatic or stressful life events.

I am a registered Clinical Psychologist with over 13 years experience working across a range of private practice and public health organisations, including the NSW Service for the Treatment and Rehabilitation of Torture and Trauma Survivors (STARTTS), and most recently, 5 years in the role of Senior Staff Psychologist with NSW Ambulance.
